Since 2002 the Construction & Investment Journal prizes have been awarded to the leaders of the real estate market and to their projects. These awards were given to projects and companies active in property investment and development throughout the Central and Eastern European Region, that in 2004 , 2005 and 2009 demonstrated the highest quality of planning, leadership and execution.

In 2010, GTC Romania - a 100% subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) - has been declared Developer of the Year 2009 among companies operating on the Romanian real estate market.

In 2006, GTC was voted the SEE Developer of the Year 2005 in the SEE Real Estate Quality Awards. GTC was selected from numerous nominees, including developers such as ING Real Estate, AIG/Lincoln, BEG and ProLogis, by a panel of executives from leading Central and Eastern European real estate companies.

In 2005, GTC was awarded the CEE Developer of the Year and the CEE Outstanding Company of the Year 2004 in the CEE Real Estate Quality Awards.
