GTC Romania, a subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) together with its partner Blue House, has finalised a EUR 80m refinancing loan agreement with a consortium of banks including Alpha Bank Group, Bank of Cyprus and Eurobank EFG Group.

GTC Romania - a subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) - has signed a lease contract for over 9,300 sq m of office space in the City Gate complex in Bucharest. It was the largest rental transaction concluded recently in Romania.

GTC Romania, a subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre S.A., has signed a retail lease agreement of over 1,300 sq m in City Gate towers in Bucharest. Autoitalia - the representative of Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Lancia and Fiat – will open its show rooms on the ground floor of the two towers.
