Globe Trade Center, as a major player in the retail segment of real estate industry, plans to develop a high profile shopping center in Bucharest, after a long international experience.

The fifth shopping center of the Galleria chain, Galleria Bucharest is located in the Northern part of the city, one of the most dynamic districts of Bucharest, in the proximity of the richest areas (Dorobanti, Herastrau, Primaverii, Aviatorilor) and is well connected to middle class, high density neighborhoods (Colentina, Tei, Aviatiei). The mix between the rich neighborhoods and the middle class high density ones promises to make this the best catchment area in town. Within 10 minutes drive, there are more than 500,000 inhabitants, within no more than 20 minutes 800,000 people, within 30 minutes – 1,500,000 inhabitants and more than 2,500,000 people represent the marginal catchment area.

The project will be raised on the northern shore of Lake Plumbuita, in an area of valuable, green surroundings. Landscaping efforts are intended in order to keep a low ratio between the built and the green areas and the design team will use the lake view to the benefit of the shopping center’s visitors
