City Gate, GTC's office building in the centre of Bucharest, won two 2009 CEE Real Estate Quality Awards in the project category.

The project was honoured both as the best office development (CEE Real Estate Office Development of the Year) as well as the best overall building (CEE Real Estate Building of the Year).

City Gate offers over 45,000 sq m of modern office space, with such renowned tenants as Rompetrol, Microsoft, Millennium Bank, Hoffmann–La Roche and Romtelecom.
